OUR HR MANAGEMENT POLICIES
Monext's HR management team has enthusiastically adopted its role as a real 'Business Partner', accompanying the company every step of the way as it changes, grows and develops.
In this respect, HR policy is the bedrock on which Monext's ambitions are built. This policy revolves around four main axes:
Onboarding and supportAs soon as you arrive, Monext will deploy its new employee orientation programme to help you 'find your feet' in the company. There will be a regular timetable followed by Management, the HR management team and the new employee, providing everyone with opportunities to exchange feedback on how the programme is progressing. In addition, a preliminary training course will focus on the different specializations/business functions involved in the electronic payments field. An induction seminar will also be held (attended by the Executive Committee). We also provide onboarding and orientation services for newly-arrived graduates, thanks to our tailor-made orientation programme.
More than 100 team members joined us during 2009,
