Monext therefore boasts one of the very few Customer Service Centres in Europe able to offer an ultra-secure processing service for cardholders' personal data (VISA, MasterCard, JCB ...) that complies with current industry requirements.

Our Customer Service Centre is open 24/7 and plays a vital support role in all our customers' electronic payment projects. We constantly tailor the size of our Customer Service Centre teams to respond to peaks in activity (sales, public holidays and holiday periods). The 200 Customer Service Centre agents employed in our Customer Service Centre are spread out over two different sites and process 4 million calls each year dealing with payment method-related issues (blocking cards, authorization requests, premium cardholder services, cardholder enquiries, technical support).
